Easy Content provides AI-powered tools, including an AI chat assistant (AI Ask) and a Content Pack Generator, to help creators generate titles, descriptions, hashtags, scripts, and other content ideas. The service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by Easy Content's AI tools is produced automatically and may occasionally contain inaccuracies, biases, or errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing any AI-generated content before publishing or relying on it.

4. User Responsibilities

• You agree not to use Easy Content for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, or malicious purpose.
• You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the service or its underlying AI infrastructure.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any content you generate and publish complies with applicable laws and platform policies (e.g., YouTube's Community Guidelines).

5. Intellectual Property

The Easy Content name, logo, design, and codebase are the property of Easy Content. Content you generate using the tools is yours to use, though we make no exclusivity guarantees given the nature of AI-generated output.

6. No Account, No Warranty

Easy Content does not require account creation and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The "Demo Login" feature on the Profile page is for demonstration purposes only and does not represent a real user account.

7. Limitation of Liability

Easy Content and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, reputational harm, or content performance.

8. Third-Party Services

Easy Content relies on third-party AI infrastructure (Google Gemini API) to generate responses. Use of the service is also subject to the applicable third-party terms of that provider.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Service at any time. Continued use of Easy Content after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
